Urban Starter is a sourdough bakery that needed a logo and paper bread bag design. my approach to this project was rooted in creating a balance between modern simplicity and the artisanal, handcrafted essence of sourdough bread. I chose a minimalist aesthetic to ensure the design felt clean, contemporary, and approachable, using a sans-serif font for clarity and a focus on typography that communicates professionalism without feeling overly polished. The color palette reflects the natural tones of bread and baking—earthy browns, soft whites, and muted neutrals—evoking the organic and wholesome qualities of the product.
